The story follows (Rainie Yang), a young webcam model who seeks a tattoo to boost her online popularity. She visits the studio of Takeko (Isabella Leong), whom she recognizes as her childhood crush. Takeko is a reserved artist haunted by the memory of her father, who died in an earthquake. He had a golden spider lily tattoo on his arm, which Takeko has recreated on herself in hopes of helping her younger brother recover from trauma-induced amnesia.
