Mumbai Police follows ACP Antony "Tommy" Thomas (Prithviraj Sukumaran), once an ambitious and proud officer from Kochi who becomes devastated after a tragic incident. A violent explosion during an operation leaves Tommy with partial amnesia — he loses memories of the preceding years, including the time around his best friend and fellow officer, AC Joseph Alex (Jayasurya), who is later murdered. Assigned to investigate Joseph’s murder, Tommy must reconstruct his lost memories while confronting complex revelations about Joseph’s life and their friendship.
