This was the most universally felt change. Update 1.03 significantly reduced the damage multiplier granted by Rage.

Reception was among tournament players. The Bob meta had grown stale—major tournaments often featured multiple Bob mains in top 8. Update 1.03 didn’t kill the character, but it brought him back to earth.
