Go to a beach where some people are naked and some are clothed. You can keep your swimsuit on for three hours. Just observe. Notice the bodies. Notice how no one is looking at anyone else. Eventually, perhaps remove your top (if female) or your bottoms. There is no timeline. There is no test.
