You used a save that already has all achievements. When you trigger a boss kill, the game doesn't pop the "Achievement Unlocked" notification. Fix: This does not affect gameplay. However, if you care about Steam achievements, you must start a New Game+ and re-trigger the final boss kill. The achievement will eventually pop.
