VLC won't play a downloaded Flix MP4 (codec missing). Fix: VLC plays everything, but if it stutters, go to Tools > Preferences > Input/Codecs > Set "Hardware-accelerated decoding" to "DirectX Video Acceleration (DXVA) 2.0."
