Some new radios (DT series) require you to hold the Side Button 2 (PTT below) while connecting the USB cable to force the radio into emergency download mode.
Always download firmware and CPS software directly from the official Hytera website or your authorized dealer portal. Avoid third-party forums offering "enhanced" versions. If it sounds too good to be true, it will likely brick your radio.
