International Orders:
Shipping charges are additional for international orders as applicable and shall differ from country to country and service providers.
We will choose reputed Shipping Service providers / Courier companies such as DHL / FedEx / TNT / DTDC / ICL / First Flight / Professional Couriers, etc. We have special arrangements with a few the providers for giving the best shipping price to our esteemed customers.
International Shipping charges are at actual charges collected by the 3rd Party.
Express shipping charges would be additional and free shipping would not be applicable for express shipping requests.

At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location.

We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Customs Duty:
For international deliveries, please note that the courier company would bill any kind of customs or duties as applicable for the ordered items, separately to the customer at the time of delivery which will depend on the rules and regulations of the country.
